Biggest failure as doctor. He came to me in morning. I examined him. Nothing abnormal. Complained of occasional resp distress. Cxr was not that bad. Pain abd. Clinically i felt a little unusal feeling in epigastrium. Usg done, it was normal. He returned home. Severe resp distress. Got admitted in Hospital. Died there after 3 to 4 hrs. I really couldnot make out what went wrong.
What a shame! Engaged in teaching now.
Today i am Thakurpukur cancer hospital attending oncological conference.
