Should I Worry

Some times I feel a vague chest pain, and dizziness.  Is it something serious. Now what factors are in favour of me.
1. Total arterial CABG,which lasts for more than 20 years.
2. Almost veg diet.
3. Lipid profile very good.
4. Body wt  within normal limit.
5. No smoking.
6. No diabetes.
7.can walk for half an hr without any discomfort.
8 climb 7th floor without chest pain.
9.discomfort occurs even at rest and passes of after sometime.
10. Sometimes discussion of the disease make things worse.
11. On walking i feel better.
12. Pain is never like the angina i used to have before opn. If has no radiation either.
13. All the people with cabg are doing well. Many are having venous grafts.
14. I think everything is well. I need to do a echo to see ejection fraction.

New Year Resolution

Time has come for setting a few goals for next year. Last year I could not write it. Let me see what I think , should be better for me.
1. My health has been a concern for some time. I feel very dizzy occasionally. I feel nervous. That nervousness makes the situation worse. But why something bad should happen to me. My blood parameters are below normal. Body wt within control. Diet okay. No diabetes. no smoking. Normal bp. I can climb 7th. Floor running without any chest pain. I think that is extra ordinary even for a normal person of this age. Total arterial cabg.  Why some thing bad should happen to me?   I think I should do a echo to see ejection fraction. My ecg shows old infarction, rest is okay. My aim is to get an echo done as early as possible. Tmr is another option.
2. Become totally veg.
3. Do yoga's more regularly.
4. Do lot more exercise, and climbing stairs.
5. Rik's admission to narayana.
6.flat decoration.
7. Mother's cataract opn.
8.fencing of my land.
9.b uy a house in rampurhat.
10 do more lap chole in rampurhat.
11.study regularly, and teach students.

Review 2016

Now that another year is coming to an end. It means I have come nearer to my end. While reviewing the last year I found that it was just another year with some imp events
1. I could not do lap chole too much. Only fourteen.
2. I suffered from minor ailments quite often. Sometimes it was pain in neck, sore throat, loose motions or fever or something like that.
3. In the govt service, ashim became assistant professor and tried his best to create problem. Dr naren mukherjee was at his usual tricks.i covered 4 years as assistant professor but there was no seat for associate prof.
4. Private practice was alright. During the end of year I have to leave susanta as assistant as he was not interested.
5. I went to saithia twice for operating on gall bladder pt.
6. I had a record of operating on 9 gallbladder patient in a day.
7. One great achievement. I bought a flat in kolkata. It was a dream come true for me. Kiran helped me a lot. It was for a long time I was trying to buy a flat in kol. But it was not happening.
8. In nov modi our pm, demonetized rs 500 and 1000. I had a cash of around 45 lakh. I had to distribute among relatives. Let me see how much can I recover.
9. Rik i s appearing in board exam this year. So lot of tension. I donot know how is he going to do. Had DONE registration in narayana kolkata for admission in XI.
10. Finally my Heath. I am having weakness, chest pain, reeling of head as usual. Sometimes I feel very depressed. Decided to take oil free diet since last march. My parameters are alright.blood cholesterol, lipid profile, sugar etc are all within normal limit. Body wt 68. Bp 126/70. For last few days I climb running to 7th floor of my flat, without any chest pain. Once I did that twice, my legs were aching, and almost collapsed, but there was no chest pain. It gave me lot of confidence. Bit when little bit of chest pain occurs even at rest , then I become very depressed. I have few plans for new year, that I will write in my new year plan.
