I am little worried this time. So many surgeons around cases are decreasing. Last day i saw 23 pt, but today inly 12 pat has been enlisted . After practicing for 15 yrs this is not something i expect.

Successful lap hernia
It took a hell lot of time. 3 hrs. But good thing that it was done. I was liosing patience during the end but it was ultimately done.

Failed lap hernia
Last Monday I tried to do a lap hernia. Initial dissection was absolutely fine. But it was a long sac and I couldn't dissect the sac, scared of triangle of soon I abandoned the procedure and open operation was done. Little disappointing but not bad as beginning. I want to do it in a small hernia or direct hernia. I am confident I can do it.
