Last Monday I tried to do a lap hernia. Initial dissection was absolutely fine. But it was a long sac and I couldn't dissect the sac, scared of triangle of soon I abandoned the procedure and open operation was done. Little disappointing but not bad as beginning. I want to do it in a small hernia or direct hernia. I am confident I can do it.
