vizag day 4

I had abdominal cramps at night followed by loose motion.took Brakke prohylactically.  It didn't bother me for the rest of the day. Attended conference upto lunch. Bought sages manual. Went to Kailash Giri. Got few photos snapped. Came back to hotel. Then at 6.30 we went.to attend banquet dinner.

. It was food and cultural extravaganza. Finally we returned home at about 10 pm.
