Rampurhat declared medical college, lot of doctors have come in rampurhat. Today i saw only 9 patients. How to increase practice in this set up. I donot know. I am not very good in management.
I have decided to do a complicated operation. I thought that could be the way to build a reasonable practice.
What a pity. Even after doing practice for 15 yrs in rampurhat, i have to worry about private pracrice.
