healthy food habit

sometimes i eat rich food and get frightened. so i have decided to follow a rigid food calender.
1. i won't tave fish more than twice a wk.
2. eggwhite can be taken.
3 chicken not more than once a month.
4.plenty fruits and vegetables.
5. One cup of tea with sugar/day
6. Max 2 sweets/wk
7.no skip meal
8.nut once in wk
9.no junks.
