Asim got promoted. Now he thinks that he is equal to me. He is creating lot of problem. I hope i can tide over it.

Yesterday i operated on 17 cases. It is highest in a day. Previous highest was 14. It included 9 gall bladder. I went to saithia to opeate in bittel nh. I operated 6 gall bladder there. Today i operated another eight which included two gb . Great going.

Discomfort

Yesterday I had some discomfort during ot. My BP shot up. I think rise of BP is the problem. I started taking eslo 5 last night. Regarding fluctuating pulse rate, I googled. Many have it between 50 to 89. So relax. I think poor stress management is causing it all.
