Lookback 2014

Another year gone by.. When I look back at last year's promises i made are few done.
1. I have pushed my score by 30 l
2. Could not buy a flat or put boundary around my land.
3. Maintained my numbers.
4. Could not become vegiterian , on the contrary I attended conference at DEC and ate a lot of fish and chicken.
5. Did a few lap not as much as i wanted to.
6. I had A very good practice during this year, also got recognition from many quarters.
7.  I occasionally have chest pain, I really get confused at times.
8. I did health insurance.
9. Could boost Rik's education as much as I would love it.
10. Could not make term insurance.

Last day at hyderabad

We finished the conference at about 12 noon. Lunch was most unimpressive. We went to snow world. That was most fascinating thing I saw in Hyderabad. The place was full of snow  artificial snow fall was also there.  We were supposed to stay there for 1 hr, but we could stay there for only half an hour. Our feet and hands were aching in  intense cold. (Below 0 degree)
We visited Birla temple. It was at a higher area. Panoramic view of city could be seen from there.

Golkonda fort

We went to golkonda fort. It is a big fort on a small hill. You need to climb 367 steps to reach it's top. I could actually reach there. They say that if you clap at the bottom of the fort it will be heard at the top. But it cannot be verified . lot of people just claps for fun. Big walls, stones are there to see. It has a long history, there is a light and sound show in the evening. Amitabh bachhan's voice describes the history. In the evening we went to hitex hall 2 for banquet.

Lumbini park

After 2 pm we went to lumbini park which is basically a children's park by the side of Hussain sugar. It contained slips,cars, merry go round.  There is facility for boating , parasailing  in Hussain sugar which is basically a big lake. There is lot of traffic jam in hitec city.

Surgery workshop

Not the best workshop.2nd half showing only the endoscopy procedure. 1st half showed few open and lap procedure. Fund us first gall bladder was something I learnt..
In the evening we went to Karachi bakery and bought few biscuites cakes etc.

Ramoji film city

Today we went to see the ramoji film city. Tickets are priced at 800/per adult, which is quite high. They take by bus .  Bus service is quite good.  There are lot of buses ,one does not have to wait long. We saw many things for all day but could find nothing interesting. Even the stunt show was not very interesting. In movie magic they showed chroma effect,which I knew for years. So a full day was lost. It consists of huge area. There are gardens, different sets for shooting birds enclosure, butterfly enclosure. There was a dance show, circus show. But we have seen these things before in other place, so why should come a long distance and pay huge  money  for these stuff.

Hotel Trident

It is a five star hotel, room rent is 14000/day. Service is very good. All the room amenities like thermostat, 42 inch flat TV, electric kettle, locker etc!
Bathroom as always is amazing. What disturbs me about this hotel ( basically all five star hotel) is it's cost of food. Lunch or dinner for 3 person cost about five thousand rupees, a tea pot costs 500 rs. Three plates of noodles and three ice cream cost three thousand., special dinner like Christmas dinner cost 2500/ person. That is horrible.
