not eligible for interview

i was teRribly shocked to see that i was not igible for associate prof. maybe something has gone wrong. let me think whatever the GOD does He does it   for better. we cannot help.

perforated appendix and abd distension

i operated a child with perforated appendix. it was nicely done. and i expected an unevenful recovery. But pt developed abd distension and guarding on 1st POD. i donot know why and how. hope this will be alright. operation was un evenful, pt is hemodynamically stable, drain scanty, no chance of gut injury.  i hope things will be alright sooner.

Appendectomy pt and fever

It was rather uneventful appendectomy operation. Pt developed fever with rigor on 4th POD.
1. pt passing flatus.
2. Abd soft.
3. Hemodynamically stable.
What could be the possibilty..
1. comon Ws
2. Wound infection most likely as he was         a fatty male

but as a matter of fact i shall always get tensed and think about worst things.
What can't be...
Gut injury
Mops
Portal pyemia(appendix was not that bad)

RAC

Now my ticket to kol was RAC and it was not confirmed. so i had to come all the way sitting.

Ectopic disappeared

Went to Kolkata. Got ECG, blood test, met Dr Rajat Sharma, cardiologist, Dr RKDas, consulted Suddhaswatta, and Koushik Banerjee. after all these my ventricular ectopic disappeared of it's own. Anyway health check-up was done. 5 years gone after cabg. Things are going pretty well at present.

Ventricular ectopic

Always I will remain tense and worried. Sometimes it is low pulse rate, chest pain or something. Now Gagan Mondal told me that he is having ventricular ectopic.  I am starting to have ventricular ectopic. Though it is about one in an hour. It seems to be quite low low in frequency. I talked to RKDas ,Koushik etc. They said it was nothing probably but advised to do a holter.
Let me see for few.days. Next week I shall stay in Kolkata  Then I shall do an ECG along with all the blood report. I had t o do echo also.
