We e went to joydev kenduli fair. During return we found a group of people was doing picnic. We stopped there. Found a place . Sat down on a mat. Took out our cooked food parota and chicken. Then took the food. That's how we celebrated picnic this year.

Entry easy. Thick gb. Difficult to catch. Easy Calot. Tried to do in a hurry. Bleeding from liver bed. Took some time to manage.

আবার জাঁকিয়ে ঠান্ডা পড়ল

বেশ ঠান্ডা পড়েছে। ভোরবেলা বর্ধমান যাওয়া বেশ কষ্টের। তবু যেতে হবে। উপায় নেই।

Yesterday I went to saithia to operate on 3 patients. Two gallbladder and one appendix. This time GBs were difficult . Earned 8 thousand. 

Practice

Private practice is at it's bottom. No of chamber pt is okay but ot pt is minimum. Is it temporary?  But nh is full. Others are having good ot pt.
