Last day I performed one vuj cal in NH. I don't think I would have been able to do this opn if I have not joined MES. Now some bad thing, there is a bad element called Sajal Sarkar in Surgery Dept. Nobody wants him in the unit. There is a meeting in the Deptt. Today. Let me see what happens.

58th and 28th lap chole
I did two lapchole today. I had two convert the first one. The next one was a cakewalk. Young pt . level 1 GB. Done quickly.

57th lap chole
i thought it was a very easy gall bladder at first sight. Actually it was. i did in a hurry. there was a little bit of bleeding at the end to cause lottle worry. nicely managed in the end

56th and 27th lap chole
Lean and thin, well chosen pt, but anatomy was confusing . it took more than one hour. I lost the specimen of GB for some time . I found it at last. It was well done in the end.

55TH & 26th lap chole
lean and thin pt. level 1 gb. easily done. gb perforated during removal from liverbed. one must be cautious about thin gbs.
