MCI Visit

One of the bad thing of MES is MCI visit . Today there will be MVI Visit in our hospital. So I have to go early. I am going by viswabharati . I have to take all the original document.

4th lap chole

4th patient was a classical gb patient. FAT FERTILE AND FORTY. I thought lap will not be possible. There was lot of adhesion. It took time but ultimately it was done. Though it was messy at the end. Gb got perforated, stones spilled out. They were only partially recovered. I need to improve. Especially during removing from liver.

Visiting surgeon

Now that I am visiting surgeon of a unit. I must behave accordingly. Though I like very much to be present in emergency OT and I love to emergency operation. Buy I must refrain myself from doing that.
