PURI DAY 1 (3RD TIME)

I always felt That the waves at puri sea are unparalleled . so  I decided to visit puri again. I got the accommodation at Hotel dreamland. It has changed  a few things. It has a bath tub in bath room, a new television set, and voltas mini magic super for hot and cold water. these changes has made it a better budget hotel.

Rest of the things are same. Big waves, taking baths are as thrilling, crowded sea beach at swargodwar.

My father was a bit ill when I left for puri. Then He started to have fever with chill and rigor.  I am a little worried about it.

Review of the old year.

With 2011 around its time to review what happened last year.

1. I got chance in MES appointed as RMO cum clinical tutor in Bankura medical college.

2. I stay in Bankura for three days Wed to sat. I come back by Sat evening.

3. I have booked a flat in Rampurhat and am likely to get the flat by june 2011.

4. Rinku became pregnant though I never wanted it. She will always do whatever I do not want. I do not want a baby at the age of 42.

5. I appeared in the exam for Assist. professor, hope to get elevation.

6. I have become 80 kilos. Its now or never for me. I have started to avoid eggs. Started taking fruits.

7, We went to Delhi to attend conference. For the first time I went by plane. It was a good experience.

8. I am having controlled private practice.

9. Total asset should be  50 lakh +.

10. My greatest achievement this year is to be able to get out of Rampurhat hospital and join BSMC. I congratulate myself for that.

we went to nataraj circus. It didnot charm me anyway.

Now that advertisement for assistant professor both departmental promotion and MES is there in the web. Day dreaming has begun Let Me see what happens

I decided that I shall review my decision to join MES from time to time. Still now I am very happy and congratulate myself for taking that decision

ileosigmoid knotting

Day before yesterday I was operating a case of intestinal obstruction. For the first time i found an ileo sigmoid knotting. I couldnot do it .i have to call my VS, I was ashamed a bit. But I am learning.

Lap chole

I did my first lap chole. Not totally. 3o% was done by Dr S B SAHA. Any way It was a satisfying experience. I also watched one lap hernia. Now I know that it is no more a difficult procedure. I think I am going in the right direction

I have to give a treat to my unit member for the lap chole at Saptaparna. It costed Rs. 1845.
