MES frustration

The only bad thing is not getting promotion in due time. Some incompetent SC/ST is moving up the ladder.

It is not that I am not enjoying my job as RMO, but some new lists of AP come out , and I do not find my name there, my heart burns. Life is like that. I know there are snakes also in this snake and ladder game of life. Those people has gone up by ladder(SC/ST), snakes will definitely pull them back in life.

May GOD bless everybody. This time HE may start with me.

thrashed PGT (Ajoy)

One of the PGT  became undisciplined I Had to put reins on him. he used to come late. And work less without any involvement. I gave him lifetime thrashing.

Someone in Rampurhat needs a rough treatment.

Achieving MES goals.

When I joined MES I Set UP a few goals for me. They were here.

What I have achieved

1. Learnt to do lap as soon as possible.____ I am trying  but a lot depends on the good will of Dr S B Saha

2. Do all the operation upto my satisfaction. ___ AS far as open operations are concerned --- YES

3. Try to be a good teacher.---- Again efforts are on.

4. I shall perform only low risk operation in Rampurhat._____ That I do.

Fast

I am on a fast today, not in support of Mr Anna hazare but as a mean to reduce weight. I like to do that twice in a month--- in full moon and in no moon. Let me see if I can do it and if it helps the cause.
