Meeting BMCH

Meeting is over. Naren Mukherjee as usual was pulling everyone's leg. Bit confusion about going to Delhi for burn training. Ultimately I escaped.  Principal who himself stays here for two to three days, was questioning everyone for poor attendance.
I did a ureteric stone today.

Pain abd

Pain and is still continuing. Much less in intensity. Occurring mainly after meal and about 2 am in the morning. Gastric ulcer? How does it feel to be absolutely healthy?
My father is also ill. But I can not concentrate there because my own problems.
Today there is a meeting with principal in department. Do not know the agenda. I remain always worried about these meetings. I always have a feeling that HOD will try to nail me.

Pain abd

:-) I am having severe pain ABD for last 9 days. It is crampy and upper abdominal. What at are possibilities
1 ulcer
2. Cancer

3. intestinal obstruction.

It has decreased but still continuing.
Sudden onset, crampy.
Initially pain increased on food intake but no relation with food now
Seem to decrease with antacid.
Pain goes off on its own.
Appears in the evening.
Bloating
Vomiting only once
Two to three loose motion in the middle but now it is okay.
Epigastrium was tender initially but now no tenderness.
LHC tender, decreased
Borborygamy.
Occasionally having acid eructation

PD... SAIO
            ULCER
SAIO... CRAMPY PAIN, BOBRBOYGAMY.
             Against.. No constipation, vomiting, distension, pain last for two to 3 hrs a day.

ULCER..H/O ACIDITY, similar pain before of short duration. On drug like aspirin,initial relation with food. Pain decreasing with antacid.eigastric tenderness.pain comes and goes of its own.
Against... Crampy pain

Cancer...a possibility always
Against... Pain is the last symptom.

So finally I am going to stick with  PD  of PUS
I  going to take PPI for 1 month.
Pain lasted for 8 days.
